Customer Education

     We strongly believe that a major part of our job is to bring you, the modeler, information that will improve your modeling experience. Our goal is to support you with valuable information that will bring you more enjoyment, more satisfaction and more fun from your hobby time.

     We provide FREE in-store Clinics each season right in our retail store! You will find more information on our Clinics in the CLINICS section. There is a demonstration railroad in the store which is the "stage" for many of our Clinic sessions. The railroad also displays some of the products we sell so you may view them in a setting as would be seen on your own layout. This demonstration railroad is also our DCC demo and testing area. More information about our in-store railroad can be found under the SS&S Ry section.

     We are in the beginning stages of offering Railroad Classes and we have several subjects in mind to begin.

     Besides formal training options such as our clinics and classes, we also offer Demo Days and utilize handout information and just plain ol' one-on-one assistance!
