Service
Our friend Pat Dugan worked for the Western Maryland Railway for many, many years. He has always been a WM "Company man" who was dedicated to the railroad and the quality service it provided. Since our humble beginnings in 1981, we've built our store on providing service as well. Service in the form of helpful information, product selection, special ordering. Over the years we've added more to the service we provide with our in-store Clinic Series.
